1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Bolo AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service.

2. Scope of Service

Bolo AI provides an AI-based conversation practice service (featuring "Amy", our patient AI tutor) designed to help individuals in India improve their English communication. We offer both free scenarios and paid premium subscription models.

3. Subscriptions & Refunds

Our premium plan costs ₹149/month (or ₹699/year) and grants unlimited access to all scenarios.

• Billing: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis and can be canceled at any time in your billing profile.
• Refund Policy: If you are not satisfied with your experience, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your first purchase. Contact us at refunds@bolo.live.

4. User Account & Conduct

When creating an account, you must provide accurate information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer our speech evaluation systems or AI models.
• Use the tutor to practice speech involving hate speech, harassment, or illegal activities.
• Automate requests or scripts to crawl our API endpoints.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including the Amy AI voice response technology, user interface layouts, graphic designs, logos, and scenario text, is the exclusive property of Bolo AI. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary content without prior written permission.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 15 days' notice via email prior to any new terms taking effect.
